Tolles Management-Tool!

Great product from people in the industry, I think it will be a good choice for many.

ADVANTAGES

I liked the fact that it was software developed by brokers and TCs for brokers and TCs. It has everything I need and use and very little I don't need. I hate paying for features I never use.

CONTRAST

There are features like the Skyslope integration or the Google calendar integration that are on the update list, but it would be nice if they were available sooner.

A valuable tool for our team!

I really enjoyed using Trackxi. The support team has been great at taking suggestions and making the program even more useful.

ADVANTAGES

Simple but powerful. I love that you can integrate templates and automate the whole experience. Trackxi helps save a lot of time when opening new transactions and our team can work together and keep up to date on all aspects. Because we had a program tailored specifically to our needs, the transition was easy and enjoyable.

CONTRAST

My only gripe would be that the option to add a person to contacts when creating a new transaction isn't the most obvious. I found the button by accident and I think adding an "add" button or something similar instead of the 3 dots might be easier to use.

Reasons to switch to Trackxi

Trackxi is real estate focused so we didn't have to manually build the program for our needs and the transition was much smoother.

I keep my team organized!

Working with Trackxi was so easy - every time we have a question or need, we can get help right away! The Trackxi team was also very generous and took our recommendations/suggestions into account.

ADVANTAGES

What I like most about Trackxi is that it is a "one stop shop" when it comes to coordinating transactions. Once you've configured the system to your team's preferences, you can keep track of EVERYTHING: schedules, tasks, projects, new client follow-up, etc.

CONTRAST

Integration was/is a challenge simply because we are used to doing things differently. It can be difficult to break old habits and take full advantage of a new system. In the future I would like to have an area to manage general projects/tasks that are not related to a specific transaction. It would also be nice to be able to track articles that are no longer subscribed in one place. Finally, I think it would be really great to have a team chat feature where you can exchange real-time messages with your teammates :)

Reasons to choose Trackxi

We chose Trackxi over other products because it was specifically designed to coordinate real estate transactions. All of the other systems we looked at would take much longer to create and edit to meet our specific needs.

Easy to use and an incredible time saver.

The system is easy to use and can save you a lot of time in organization and maintenance. In addition, the development and support team were very helpful and communicative when needed.

ADVANTAGES

Once you understand the basics of loading transactions and using the templates, you can customize your tasks so much that you really feel like you could set up a transaction and then forget about it. Daily to-do emails also help a lot if you don't want to log in every day.

CONTRAST

There are some features that seem to need improvement, but from what I've heard from the developers, they are aware and are working on updates.

Reasons to choose Trackxi

Leaner structure and organization and current focus on real estate, which is ideal for us. They focus more on the needs of individual brokers than on managing brokers, which seems to be the case with most larger systems.

The BEST CT software on the market!

[Hidden Sensitive Content] has been awesome and really listening to our feedback on the changes we need to make to Trackxi to make it work better for us!

ADVANTAGES

I like how we can customize each agent's task list and add additional tasks during the transaction. We're used to a robust spreadsheet, so it's similar that we can still get a 1,000ft view but can customize it and be much more accurate than we could with our spreadsheet.

CONTRAST

Most of the negative aspects that were really important have already been or will be addressed by Trackxi.

This is the best there is for our needs and the way we run our business!

TCWF was about to close and we had to do an exchange.

I've been using Trackxi for several months now and it has made my transaction management tasks a lot easier! The software's user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to use and helps me keep track of all my transactions and keep records. One of the things I appreciate the most about Trackxi is the ability to update my customers on the progress of their buying or selling process. The software offers real-time updates, so my customers always know where they are in the process and can be sure that everything is going well. Another great feature of Trackxi is the customizable fields and workflows that allow me to tailor the software to my specific business needs. I can quickly and easily add new fields, change workflows, and tweak settings to ensure the software works exactly the way I need it to. The Trackxi team is listening

[Hidden Confidential Content] was absolutely amazing before and after, which is refreshing when learning a new program. He listens to my questions, suggests calling meetings, then sends an email. 5 Stars!

ADVANTAGES

The Trackxi team is always friendly and will answer my questions and listen to my suggestions to improve their product for business use. They also contain an overview of new improvements that I may not have thought of, but which can certainly be used in my profession.

CONTRAST

I wish I could be notified faster if an email address is wrong or an email sent by Trackxi is not accepted. I entered an incorrect email address and received an undeliverable email a few days later.

I recommend this product

We have been able to significantly reduce the time it takes to process a transaction. This is a product we use daily - all day to manage transaction flow and schedules. We relied on it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a transaction/task manager.

ADVANTAGES

Our transaction support team uses this product on a daily basis to track all of our transactions. The visual workflow, variety of features and layouts make this product something I've never seen before. I recommend it to anyone who needs task or transaction management.

CONTRAST

I really can't list any disadvantages at this point. So far the team and the product have been very responsive and very easy to use.

Simple transaction planning tool for everyone!

The team is always at your side with advice and action and asks for feedback. I have never worked with a more hands-on company!

ADVANTAGES

It was easily adapted for mortgage usage.

CONTRAST

I would like to be able to update multiple transactions in bulk at the same time.

With the help of Trackxi, agents and administrators can easily see which tasks are due and completed.

As far as I know there is still no integration with Skyslope.
