Terrible diving, great if you like escorts, drunks and nasty rooms.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The building needed repairs. The fitness area, lobby restrooms, and business center were all closed. The room had a hole in the wall and the window frame was damaged, allowing in outside air and noise. The carpet had burn marks and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

All staff were very helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge staff. Thank you for everything. But this place needs major updates. Or a full cleaning. There are also homeless people. So security was an issue.

The staff was friendly but it was a very dirty property. Very, very dirty.

The staff is incredible. The hotel needs maintenance and modernization.

There was a towel rack in the room that hung on the wall only on the side in the bathroom, there was no tissue in the tissue rack, the carpet was lacking and the bed was barely bearable. However, for a simple one night stay it was sufficient. The biggest complaint I have is that there were staff members smoking very close to the entrance. Also, there are signs in the hotel that clearly say "NO PETS" but in the short time I was there there were two different staff dogs. I'm not mad at the dogs, I just find it ridiculous to say that no dogs are allowed while two dogs are kept on the premises. However, I have to say that the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Stained carpet, bedding and chair. It resulted in not wanting to enter the room. No phone in the room, they informed about the upgrade. Rubbish around the parking lot and the door.

There were bed bugs in this property. The staff was friendly but would not recommend staying here.

The equipment and windows in the pool room were very rusty. The disabled lift was so rusted it looked like it was going to break the handrails as well. It looked like clean poop on the pool room walls. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi only worked on one side. Pool towels lie on the floor in the same place for two days. We saw them the first day but two days later when we checked out they were still there. The fly was dead in the bathtub in our bedroom. Our table had burned holes. The halls smelled strongly of marijuana. And there was a couple yelling at each other. One day there was cookie crumbs lying around in the hallway all day, even after we told someone. One of our twin rooms did not have a coffee maker. Homeless people lurk on the property. You often had to wait a long time for the luggage trolley because there was only one. Breakfast consists of bengals and muesli. The staff was friendly which was only positive.
